The Empire Wrestling Federation has been around since 1996. Who would have thought back then that what was started in 96 would last this long? The EWF has seen many come and go, and happy to say that many have gone to the bigger promotions throughout the world. Very proud of those that have made an impact on the wrestling world doing what they love to do best, and that is entertain in the ring, or those that became wrestling trainers or promoters. One thing for sure is if they became successful in their accomplishments then I feel blessed because I have passed on to them what was passed on to me from my trainer the Great Goliath. The Legacy of my trainer will live for many many years and decades as those I have trained will carry that same legacy. On Friday May 3rd at Knights of Columbus Hall 4315 N. Vincent Ave. in Covina with an 8:00 PM starting time the EWF celebrates Its Part 1 of It’s 17th Anniversary, with a 40 Men Over the Top Rope Great Goliath Rumble. This historic event will feature “The Mega King” Tommy Wilson, Sgt. Sanders, Raccid Najjar, Richie Slade, SoCal Crazy, Anchors Away, Andy Brown, Tony Raze, Sugar Sweetz, Brute Baretto, Tarasso, and more.
Former EWF Commissioner Marty Elias has recently been getting on everyones nerves with his shenanigans in and out of the ring. It has now caught up with him as he is now facing EWF Champion Brandon Gatson in a “Come As You Are Street Fight Match” will by some miracle Marty who has been a referee for many years and has refereed some of the greatest matches in WWE history, but has never wrestled before get a win on Brandon Gatson to become EWF Champion??? Only way to find out is come out and witness this for yourself.
There is another important match on this historic event between Flecha Fugaz as he goes against The Mexican Warrior. A Mask VS Mask Match. Things have been brewing between these two wrestlers and Mexican Warrior has made the challenge to Flecha MASK VS MASK. “One of them will be unmasked”.
Due to an injury Scorpio Sky not being able to wrestle “Ironman Mike Maze on April 5th. A Last Chance match between Scorpio Sky and “Ironman” Mike Maze has been booked. There is also a Fatal 4 Way Tag Team Championship Match between “The Warriors” Eddie Randel and Ryan Kidd VS “La Familia” Rico Dynamite and Damien Arsenic VS “Fallen Empire” Mondo Vega and Ryan Taylor VS “The Von Dooms” Cyanide and Vintage Dragon.
