I have a bone to pick on some of those who run or manage buildings, and commend others who welcome us promoters with some kind of respect, where wrestling events are held. We as promoters very seldom run events where there are good people who help promote our product. Yet they expect a good turn out as most of those places run their own food concession. They should realize that the more people show up at these events the more money they are going to make on their concession sales.

We have an event coming up at Las Playas Bar and Grill Restaurant in Fontana on Saturday July 6th of next week, and let me tell you that I have been impressed every time I show up at the restaurant the owner and manager are always reminding their customers about the event, walking a flyer to every arriving family that sits down to eat. I once ran in a building where the club didn’t allow any poster or flyers in the building as he wanted new customers that we could draw from the street. I was so pissed I only ran there once. Some managers are disrespectful and can’t even recall the name of the promotion without screwing up the name. Personally I think they do it on purpose and sometimes I really believe they are closet fans in other words they tell everyone they hate it but in reality they love it but they make you think they don’t.

Azusa VFW help out tremendously and they know the more people show up the more money they will make. So proud last event they spent money on a great looking banner to hang outside to help draw a good crowd, that makes me proud and motivates me and makes us all feel welcome to be there. Great Props to Football Coach William Butcher of Yucaipa as he is doing a tremendous job promoting our upcoming event being a fundraiser for the Yucaipa High School Football Team. Event will take place at the Eagles Lodge in Yucaipa. William is truly working hard in making this event a total success.
